How long will my order take?

Every item is printed just for you, so your order is made first and then shipped. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. See our Delivery page for more.

Can I return or exchange something?

Yes. You can return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of receiving them. Return postage is paid by you if you've changed your mind, and by us for exchanges or faulty items. Check our Returns & Exchanges page for how to start.

What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?

Email support@mildlyunstableclub.com within 30 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because everything is made to order, it goes into production quickly. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and we will see what we can do. If it has already been made, you can still return it within 14 days of receiving it.

Which website should I use, UK or EU?

Use the website for where you live. We have separate UK and EU websites so your order can be printed and shipped by our UK or EU printers, which means faster and cheaper delivery.
